76 Commerce Center is a 1,800,000 SF Class A industrial development. Building 5 was first delivered in 2019 with 11,518 CY of concrete, 247,515 SF of slab on grade and 106 tilt panels with HD paving. Suntec delivered the turnkey building 4 in June 2020, which consisted of 18,270 CY of concrete, 352,120 SF of slab on grade, and 138 tilt panels. Suntec is now constructing building 3 which broke ground in September 2020. Building 3 consists of 21,675 CY of concrete, 526,250 SF of slab on grade, 140 tilt panels, and HD paving.
