Block 67 is a development in downtown Salt Lake City which consists of two 11-story towers on top of a two-story CIP PG. It includes 650 residential units and 271 hotel rooms. This project broke ground November of 2019 with 10,376 CY of concrete foundations (most of it being 5’ mat footing), 118,000 SF of CIP Wall, 86,000 SF of SOG, 51,000 SF of topping slab, and 624,035 SF of CIP Deck. It had a total of 41,000 CY of concrete. Jacobsen Construction was the GC on this project and Richie Group was the owner.
