Suntec broke ground on this 140,000 square foot commercial mixed-use project in the second quarter of 2019. The groundbreaking of the milestone project coincides with the 25th anniversary of the beginning of Lowry’s transformation from the former Air Force base. This is the final project to be redeveloped at the Lowry. The Boulevard One is covering 1.5 blocks and will feature a restaurant, retail, entertainment, and office space.
