Suntec Concrete topped out on Block 23 in the first quarter of 2019. It will create a vibrant live-work-play environment on a site that has been waiting to be redeveloped for decades. The mixed-use project centers around 410,000 SF of residential space, totaling 330 units on 13 floors. Tenant amenities will include a pool, fitness center, private cabanas, and pet spa. The project also includes 150,000 SF of office space, a 55,000 SF grocery store and 50,000 SF of retail/restaurant space at street level. An additional 480,000 SF of structured parking will be provided on site, with residents parking on 3 levels below-grade, and office/retail/grocery parking separated on four above-grade levels.
