3rd and Pierce also referred to as, “The LINK PHX” is a 257 unit residential tower on 3rd Street and Pierce in downtown Phoenix. The 30-story tower is scheduled to open in May 2019. This building represents phase one of a three-phase mixed use development, bringing more than 600 rental residences and 21,000 sq ft of retail space to the renowned Roosevelt Row Arts District over the next 15 years. In addition to this residential space, it will include 7,000 sq ft of retail space which will be utilized by local artists, startups, and non-profit businesses.
