Lifetime Products is a 660,000 SF state of the art warehouse that serves as the primary shipping location for Lifetime and will help facilitate shipments to major retailers, including Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, and Home Depot, in the United States and throughout the world. During the construction process, over 3,400 lineal feet of 40′ tall tilt-up precast concrete exterior walls will be used. The slab composition is a 5″ concrete slab over 3″ concrete slab Heidebed Ductilcrete system. The facility consists of 149,000 SF of 10.5” thick panels and has 27, 704 total CY.
