This was a 14 story, 695,000 SF project for the county of Maricopa. This Multilevel court tower consisted of 650,000 sf of SOD, 62,000 sf of SOG, 16,000 sf of 8′ thick mat slab with substantial anchor bolts and is a LEED-NC Gold Certified building.
