Tenant amenities will include a pool, fitness center, private cabanas, makers’ garage and pet spa. The project also includes 150,000 SF of office space, a 55,000 SF grocery store and 50,000 SF of retail/restaurant space at street level. An additional 480,000 SF of structured parking will be provided on site, with residents parking on 3 levels below-grade, and office/retail/grocery parking separated on four above-grade levels.
