ASU Health Solutions Innovation Center (HSIC) is a 131,000 SF four-story lab/office/research space which sits adjacent to the Mayo Clinic in North Scottsdale. The project includes 09″, 10″, 11″, and 12″ thick post-tensioned concrete decks with cast-in-place shearwalls at stair towers, elevator cores, and the building expansion joint.
