Elwood Logistics Center is a 1.3M SF spec warehouse in Goodyear, AZ. The project consists of building foundations, 8″ thick reinforced slab on grade, 40′ clear perimeter tilt wall panels, and 675,000 SF of 9″ thick exterior concrete paving.
