Part of the booming industrial corridor, Park 303 is a two-building industrial park located on the East side of the Loop 303 freeway. Building A is 705,000 SF and building B is 485,000 SF. Prior to the buildings being completed, the owner opted to combine them into one building totaling 1.3M SF. The project consists of building foundations, 7″ thick building slab on grade, 40′ clear perimeter tilt wall panels, and 930,000 SF of 7″ thick exterior concrete paving.
