For over four decades, Optima has been developing, designing, building and managing striking urban and suburban luxury residential communities. Optima Kierland, a two-tower, luxury condominium and apartment development, is their twelfth project in Arizona. The uniquity in Optima’s approach lies in their project delivery: Optima solely delivers projects through Design-Build.
Suntec and Optima have completed over ten buildings together. The success that Optima and Suntec have seen at Optima Kierland and past collaborations can be attributed to key personnel. By utilizing Design-Build, Optima Kierland managed to eliminate 100% of value engineering after design and incorporate specific details into their plans. This greatly streamlined the project’s delivery, reduced the potential for design flaws, and ensured the best performance from both a structural and design perspective.
