The Costco Depot was a new one level turnkey warehouse. The project broke ground in early March 2020 and completed within six months of construction in September 2020. Suntec topped out at 20,135 cubic yards of concrete, 33,247 square feet of slab on grade, 158 tilt panels, and 217,805 square feet of 11″ paving.
