The Boulevard One project included a below grade level garage with two retail stores. There were 8,900 cubic yards of turnkey concrete, 78,500 square feet of basement slab on grade, 65,150 square feet of slab on metal deck, and 77,925 square feet of elevated post-tension podium decking. Suntec completed construction in July 2020.
