Lifetime Products is a 660,000 SF state of the art warehouse that serves as the primary shipping location for Lifetime and will help facilitate shipments to major retailers including: Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, and Home Depot. During the construction process, over 3,400 lineal feet of 40′ tall tilt-up precast concrete exterior walls will be used. The slab composition is a 5″ concrete slab over 3″ concrete slab Heidebed Ductilcrete system. The facility consists of 149,000 SF of 10.5” thick panels and has 27,704 total CY.
