Marina Heights, also known as the State Farm Building, consists of two levels of below grade parking with five office towers and two parking garages ranging from 6 to 18 stories above grade. The entire footprint consists of a mat foundation ranging from 24″ to 96″ thick. In total, Suntec installed over 4.9 million SF of CIP Deck and 300k YDS.
