Randy Manygoats

After high school, Randy’s plan was to enlist in the Marines. When an arm injury caused his plan to fall through, his career in construction began. At the age of 16, Randy began working for a small construction company during the summers.

In 1997, he began as a laborer with Suntec and within a couple of years, he developed expertise in risk management, safety, coordination of concrete crews, and materials and equipment. He was promoted to foreman a couple years later.

Growing up, his family strongly emphasized the words of their native Navajo language, “T’áá Hwo’ Ají T’éégo’ teiyá,” which means, “Be self-disciplined, self-motivated and determined to be successful.” When not traveling, he enjoys riding dirt bikes, horses, and planning his family’s next adventure.
